Heidi Skolnik

Heidi Skolnik, MS, CDN, FACSM is the President of Nutrition Conditioning, LLC, a nutrition consulting practice. Heidi is also a Co-Author and Nutritionist at The Women’s Sports Medicine Center at the Hospital for Special Surgery, Overseeing Performance Nutrition at The Juilliard School, and serving as a Nutritionist at the School of American Ballet. Skolnik is an Advisory Board member for Eat This, Not That! and has authored several books on nutrition and wellness. Heidi is a Fellow of ACSM and a contributing editor for Men's Health magazine. Skolnik holds degrees in Holistic Health-Dance Therapy, Exercise and Nutrition, Exercise Science, and Human Nutrition.
