Eboney Carroll

Eboney Carroll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social services and advocacy. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Horizon Housing Foundation since February 2021, Eboney has also held the role of Student Coordinator at School on Wheels, Inc. since March 2017. Previous experience includes working as a Family Advocate at the Center for the Pacific Asian Family from February 2018 to September 2020, and as an Americorps Member at City Year from July 2013 to July 2014. Eboney Carroll holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
