Sue Ann Highland

Sue Ann Highland, PhD, currently serves as Lead National Education Strategist at School Specialty, a position held since May 2021, following a role as Managing Director at MeTEOR Education from 2018 to May 2021. With extensive experience in organizational improvement as Principal of Highland Business Innovations since June 2004, Sue Ann specializes in coaching for productivity enhancements and leadership development. Previous roles include Organizational Development Director at LearningRx and various leadership and teaching positions across multiple districts in Colorado from 1993 to 2013. Sue Ann has also contributed to higher education as an Extended Studies Instructor at Aims Community College. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Psychology in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Northern Colorado, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, with a focus on Elementary Education from San Diego State University.
