Lauren Benefico, M.Ed, has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Lauren is currently working at SchooLinks as a Team Manager in Customer Success since March 2023. Prior to this, they were an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at G2 from April 2021 to March 2023, where they managed large ENT Tech companies and provided guidance on utilizing G2 marketing tools effectively.

Lauren has also served as the Head of Program Delivery at Habits at Work from August 2020 to April 2021, leading the Delivery team in delivering corporate learning and sales enablement programs. Lauren Benefico, M.Ed, earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Following this, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Secondary Education from Arizona State University, completing their degree in 2013.
