Racquel Davis M.ed.

Racquel Parkin is a Senior Manager of Early Literacy at TNTP, where the focus is on partnering with school districts to enhance instructional practices in early literacy. Previously, Racquel served as Director of Literacy and Amplify Texas Implementation Specialist at Étoile Academy Charter School, leading the development of strategic literacy plans and implementing a phonics curriculum. As the 3rd Grade Lead Literacy Teacher at KIPP Texas Public Schools – Houston, Racquel maintained high student engagement and achievement while addressing diverse needs. Racquel's teaching experience also includes roles as Lead K-2 General Education Teacher at Hirsch Academy and Kindergarten Teacher at Skyline Education, where effective practices and professional learning communities were emphasized. Racquel holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Chestnut Hill College and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University.
