Janet Ferone

Janet Ferone is a highly experienced educator and consultant with a rich history in special education and educational leadership. Currently serving as a Lecturer at Curry College since August 2018, Janet also operates as the President of Ferone Educational Consulting, which specializes in providing comprehensive school solutions for special populations, including students with disabilities and English Language Learners. With over 25 years at Boston Public Schools as a Senior Coordinator, Janet has helped establish inclusion programs for adolescents facing various challenges. Janet's extensive speaking engagements include keynote addresses and presentations at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and Wellesley College, as well as media appearances on platforms like ABC World News Tonight and The Washington Post. Janet's educational background includes advanced studies at Harvard University, a Master's degree from Hofstra University, and a Bachelor's degree from Hartwick College.
