Angel Chang

Angel Chang has a strong background in vendor management and human resources, with experience at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union since May 2013, progressing from Vendor Management Specialist to Assistant Manager in Vendor Management. Prior to this role, Angel Chang worked at the County of Orange as an HR Records Specialist and an intern, managing employee records and facilitating new hire onboarding processes.
