Richard Lu serves as the Director of the Program Management Office at Nexus Brands Group since August 2021, where responsibilities include establishing a successful PMO that enhances performance and resource utilization. Prior experience includes roles as Director of IT Program Management at Pacific Premier Bank, optimizing PMO practices, and achieving improved operational efficiency. Richard also held the position of TSA Manager at Pacific Life, ensuring seamless IT service delivery post-divestiture. Earlier roles include PMO Manager, Enterprise Architect, and Senior Project Manager at California Resources Corporation, Senior Cloud Project Manager at Ingram Micro Cloud, and Senior Project Manager at MUFG Americas, among others. Richard holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado State University.
