Rachel Zankman

Rachel Zankman is a seasoned professional in people operations and human resources, currently serving as a People Operations Business Partner at SchoolStatus since January 2023 and as a People Business Partner at Smore since December 2016. Rachel has extensive experience in diagnosing and designing HR programs, analyzing trends and metrics, and providing employee relations support. Previous roles include People Operations Manager and Customer Support Representative at Smore, as well as a Recruiter at Israel Experience®, a Campaign Manager at the World Zionist Organization, and a Legal Intern at Silverman Theologou, LLP. Additionally, Rachel hold a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Reichman University and multiple Bachelor's Degrees in International/Global Studies from Lehigh University.
