Marcy McKnight Darsey

Marcy McKnight Darsey currently serves as General Counsel for Schoox, Inc. since November 2022. Previously, Marcy held the position of Director, Corporate Counsel at Lifesize from November 2014 to March 2019, where responsibilities included advising on global corporate legal matters and negotiating various contracts with international partners. An earlier role as Associate General Counsel at Lone Star Circle of Care involved providing legal counsel on health care regulatory compliance and operational matters for a leading community health center. Marcy's legal career began at Vinson & Elkins, LLP, and included transactional practice at Graves Dougherty Hearon & Moody, representing real estate developers. Marcy holds a BA in Communication Studies and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and a JD, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Houston Law Center.
