Joana Monteiro

Joana Monteiro has a diverse range of work experiences. Joana is currently the Head of Customer Service Europe I Segment Drug Delivery Systems at SCHOTT Pharma since 2023. From 2020 to 2023, Joana worked at the Vorwerk Group, first as the Head of Global Advisor & Customer Service and later as a Customer Care Manager. Prior to that, they served as the Customer Support and Experience Manager at Awayco from 2019 to 2020. From 2014 to 2018, Joana held the position of Head of Member and Customer Service at VistaJet International. Joana also has experience in volunteering at the Riding for the Disabled Association and working as a Sales Operations Specialist at Cisco Systems. Joana was self-employed from 2010 to 2011 and worked as a P.A. to the CEO at Sandoz from 2008 to 2010. Joana also worked as the Director of Customer Relations at Heliportugal - TTC Group from 2007 to 2008 and as a Customer Service Manager at Global Jet in Geneva Switzerland in 2006.

Joana Monteiro received a Bac degree in Economie from Licée Français Charles Lepierre from 1978 to 1990. In 2009, they obtained a Certified Coach degree from the International Institute of Coaching and Development. In 2014, Joana completed a Learning and Development degree in the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development at DPG Developing People Globally. Joana also pursued partial MBA studies in Management at the European University and obtained an MD degree in Social and Cultural Communication from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Additionally, they completed a Post-Graduation and Degree program in European Studies and Social and Cultural Communication at University Católica.
