Matt Arrigale has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Matt started their career in 1997 at Albany International Corp., where they served as a Compensation & Benefits Professional before becoming a Manager, Human Resources. In this role, they oversaw all HR operations for over 250 personnel. From 2003 to 2014, Matt worked at SCHOTT AG, taking on various VP, HR roles. Matt led the HR function for the Asia Pacific region, managing a team of 10 professionals. Matt also served as the VP, HR for the Americas, and as the Director of Employee Development, overseeing training and development initiatives for 7,000 employees in Germany. In 2014, Matt joined SCHOTT North America Inc. as the VP, HR.
Matt Arrigale completed a Global Executive Masters in HR Leadership from Rutgers University in 2008. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose in 2003. Matt'sundergraduate degree is a BS in Marketing & Management from Siena College, which they obtained in 1997.
