Mustafa Yılmaz

Mustafa Yılmaz has a strong background in operations and management. Mustafa worked at SCHOTT starting from 2001, where they held various roles including Operations Director, Plants Manager, Plant Manager, and Production Manager. In their role as Operations Director, they were responsible for leading and managing all operations, including production, quality, maintenance, lean practices, administration, investments, technology/product development, and health and safety. Mustafa also managed a team of senior managers, junior managers, engineers, and shift leaders, as well as 400 direct and indirect operators. Prior to joining SCHOTT, Mustafa worked as a Technical Office Engineer at Tamcam Oto Cam Sanayi Tic. A.Ş. from 1997 to 1999.

Mustafa Yılmaz completed their undergraduate degree in Metallurgical and Material Engineering at Istanbul Technical University from 1992 to 1997. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued an MBA at Istanbul Bilgi University.
