Grace Sanchez

Grace Sanchez is an accomplished facilities management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as an Assistant Property Manager at Schottenstein Property Group since August 2021, Grace previously operated as a self-employed Certified Facilities Manager and LEED Green Associate while completing a real estate salesperson course. Additional roles include Director of Facilities at Lane Bryant Women’s Apparel, Director of Corporate Facilities at Bob Evans Farms, and Senior Director of Administrative Services at Kenneth Cole Productions. Grace’s early career included significant positions at Limited Brands, Victoria's Secret, COACH, and Douglas Elliman, focusing on overseeing large corporate facilities, construction projects, and operational improvements. Grace holds a BA in Spanish Literature from Baruch College and has studied at the New York School of Interior Design.
