Nick Allen

Nick Allen has over 30 years of work experience. Nick has held various roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including COO Group Transformation and COO roles leading teams in integration, operations, agile change, and transformation. Nick also has experience in marketing roles, such as product development, brand, business development, and customer segmentation. Additionally, they have worked in front office sales and service roles, leading teams supporting retail and SME customers. In 2019, they joined Schroders Personal Wealth as the Chief Operating Officer.

From 1999 to 2002, Nick Allen pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Chartered Institute of Marketing at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
