Deepika R.

Deepika R. has over a decade of experience in HR technology and data management, currently serving as the Head of People Operations, Systems, and Data at Schroders since July 2012. In this role, Deepika leads a comprehensive portfolio of HR technology programs, including global system implementations and data analytics, while overseeing HR data integrity and security. Prior experience includes roles such as HR Systems and Management Information Manager at Schroders, HRIS Advisor at the British Red Cross, and Oracle HRMS Team Leader at Barnardo's. Deepika holds an MBA in HR and IT from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a BE in Computer Science from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
