Gareth Bailham

Gareth Bailham is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure SRE at Schroders since April 2022. Prior to this role, Gareth held significant positions including Senior Director of Infrastructure & Operations EU at PVH Europe B.V. and CDT Europe Director of Infrastructure and Head of Global Windows at Nike EMEA. From 2006 to 2014, Gareth was the Global Head of Windows at Barclays Capital, overseeing the Windows production infrastructure for various divisions within the Barclays Group. Earlier career experiences include roles as an IT Engineer at Nomura and an Intel Systems Infrastructure Specialist at Accenture. Gareth holds a BSc (Hons) in IT and Business from the University of Hull.
