Nicole Wagner

Nicole Wagner has extensive experience in business transformation within the financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of Transformation for Schroders Wealth since July 2006. In this role, Nicole leads the global business transformation agenda and collaborates with business and technology partners to scale operations. Previously, Nicole held positions including Head of Business Transformation Solutions, Head of Business Design, and Project Manager at Schroders, and served as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst at HSBC, along with a role as a Business Analyst at Gartmore. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham and completed A levels in Maths, Chemistry, Physics, and Computing at Dr Challoner's High School.
