Richard Mountford

Richard Mountford is the current Head of Planning and Adviser to the Group Chief Executive at Schroders. Richard has previous experience as Chairman, CEO Asia Pacific, and Global Head of Retail and Intermediary at Schroder Investment Management. Richard has also been responsible for the business development of all intermediary channel businesses within Schroders. In their most recent role as UK Country Head, they were responsible for building distribution, business development, client service, product development, and team leadership.

Richard Mountford's educational career includes earning a Master of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, as well as a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Christ Church Oxford. Richard also attended the Royal Grammar School.

They work with Lieven Debruyne - Global Head of Distribution, Beth Saint - Global Head of Marketing and Communications, and Rainer Ender - Head of Schroder Adveq. Richard Mountford reports to Peter Harrison, CEO.
