Stephen Hendy is an experienced compensation and benefits professional with a background in various prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as a Compensation Business Partner at Schroders since April 2024, Stephen previously held the position of Reward Manager at Janus Henderson Investors from July 2014 to January 2024. Prior to that, roles included Assistant Vice President Compensation & Benefits and Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Barclays in the Wealth and Investment Management division from May 2011 to July 2014, as well as Senior Reward Analyst and HRMI Analyst at Santander from November 2007 to May 2011.
