Tao Jiang

Tao Jiang is a Senior Scientist II and Application Scientist at Schrödinger since December 2023, with prior experience as a Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist, and Computational Modeler at New Equilibrium Biosciences from July 2021 to November 2023. At New Equilibrium Biosciences, Tao contributed to the design and implementation of computational assays for in silico drug discovery focusing on intrinsically disordered proteins. Previous roles include a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the NIH Center for Macromolecular Modeling and Bioinformatics, where complex molecular dynamics simulations were designed, and guest editorial positions at MDPI and Frontiers in Pharmacology. Educational credentials include a PhD in Biophysics and Computational Biology and an MS in Statistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a BS in Bioinformation Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
