Jeff Hafer

Jeff Hafer serves as the General Manager for Schuber Mitchell Homes in Missouri since November 2021, leading build, sales, and service teams while overseeing production schedules. Previous roles at Schuber Mitchell Homes included Service & Experience Manager, where Jeff aimed to enhance customer engagement, and Build Manager, achieving significant sales and operational milestones. Prior to this, Jeff taught Personal Finance and Economics at Joplin High School, and held adjunct professor positions at Missouri Southern State University, specializing in finance and economics courses. Jeff's background in athletics includes serving as Associate Head Coach for men's basketball and Head Golf Coach at Pittsburg State University, where contributions included fundraising and player development. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia and two master's degrees, one in Business Administration and another in Teaching.
