Markus Mann

Markus Mann currently serves as the Head of Quality Assurance at Schülke & Mayr since December 2020, overseeing site quality procedures, quality CMO management, complaint management, and department development. Previously, Markus held the role of Head of Production, responsible for 110 employees managing liquid filling, powder filling, and secondary packaging. At Takeda, from June 2018 to November 2020, Markus was the Director of Production, leading 220 employees in secondary packaging, visual inspection, non-sterile filling, and business support. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Production at Vetter Pharma, managing 120 employees in sterile compounding and filling, and as Team Manager Compounding. Markus began the career at Weimer Pharma Gmbh, progressing from Team Lead to Group Lead in sterile and non-sterile production, and initially worked as a Pharmaceutical Production Technician focusing on sterile compounding.
