Stefanie Halvorson

Stefanie Halvorson has extensive experience in inventory management and accounts payable, currently serving as an Inventory Admin at Schulte Building Systems, Inc. since October 2017. In this role, Stefanie is responsible for tracking consignment inventory, maintaining accuracy in inventory records, processing coil transfers, and managing invoicing operations. Prior to this position, Stefanie worked as an Accounts Payable Specialist, where key achievements included setting up over 250 ACH payments and ensuring supplier account accuracy. Stefanie's career also includes a significant tenure at Sysco, where Stefanie excelled as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, developing departmental procedures, training staff, and improving financial processes. Earlier experience includes positions at Stainwood Products as a Claims Specialist and Office Manager. Stefanie holds a diploma in General Studies from I H Kempner High School, achieved in 1994.
