Jessica Romano

Jessica Romano is a Special Counsel in the Bank Regulatory Group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, a position held since September 2017, following an earlier role as an Associate in the same group. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in Investment Management and Compliance Consulting at Florio Leahy LLP/Orical LLC from June 2015 to August 2017, and as an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from September 2014 to May 2015. Jessica began the legal career with internships at Fiduciary Trust Company International in Trusts & Estates, Romer Debbas LLP in Real Estate, and the Office of Court Administration's Counsel's Office. Additionally, Jessica worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Sodexo from May 2008 to July 2011. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from St. John's University School of Law and a B.S. in Nutrition from Long Island University.
