Silvia Leblanc

Silvia LeBlanc currently serves as the Head of Knowledge at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP since March 2024. Prior to this role, Silvia held the position of Head of Knowledge for the Americas at Hogan Lovells from October 2018 to March 2024, focusing on enhancing legal knowledge management across the region. From August 2003 to September 2018, Silvia worked at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, first as Director of Knowledge Management, where efforts were directed towards fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation, and previously as a Knowledge Management Lawyer, developing resources for the labor and employment practice group. Silvia began her career in law as an Associate in the Labor and Employment Practice, representing employers in various discrimination and harassment cases. Earlier experiences include serving as a Research Assistant in the Office of Senator Tom Daschle. Silvia holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Politics from Princeton University.
