Nwando Obele

Chief Learning & Impact Officer at Schultz Family Foundation

Nwando spearheads equitable evaluation and inclusive learning strategies to understand progress, including changes in social policy - ensuring that expansive voices are included in to inform ongoing work and create compelling stories to the Foundation's impact.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Nwando was the Director of Learning and Evaluation at TSNE. There she partnered with diverse leaders at all levels of the organizations to co-design their learning and evaluation vision, principles, and institutional practices as well as oversaw all the TSNE's developmental, process, and impact evaluation for their services.

Nwando also served as Data Manager with Father Bil'ls & MainSpring. In this role Nwando partnered with cross-sector organizations to build regional learning community, design and implement an evaluative framework for southern Massachusetts.

She also worked with YouthBuild USA as an Operations and Analysis Manager. While at YouthBuild USA, she worked to develop and launch a culturally responsive learning and evaluation practices, conduct regional trainings for programs.

Nwando holds a Masters in Public Policy from Tufts University and a Bachelor's Degree in Art from Mount Holyoke College.
