Dr. Jürgen Erbe

JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, serves as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022. Additionally, Prather has been an Education Consultant for The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University from August 2018 to December 2022, and Contributing Professor at Walden University from March 2018 to July 2021. Prather also worked as a Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University and Ohio Dominican University, and held previous positions as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University. Early career experiences include school social worker roles at Reynoldsburg City School District and Columbus City Schools, and a clinical social work internship at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. Educationally, Prather obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and African & African-American Studies.
