Michael Foster

Michael Foster has over 25 years of customer success and operations support experience. Prior to joining SCP as Executive Vice President of Staffing Operations, he worked for a large health care company, overseeing multi-specialty clinical support teams around recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and scheduling. He also has experience in Kaizen Lean process improvement and, in his previous role, led many initiatives to streamline the onboarding process.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Business School and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Bentley College. He is dually certified in Human Resources, holding both a Senior Professional in Human Resources and Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional certifications.
