Bryant V. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Bryant started their career as the Chief Financial Officer at St. Peter's Parish from 2006 to 2010. Bryant then moved on to the United States Department of Defense, where they worked in Financial Management from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, they joined PwC as a Senior Associate, and in 2016, they transitioned to MIT Lincoln Laboratory as a Business Finance Manager before being promoted to Business Transformation Manager in 2018. At MIT Lincoln Laboratory, they led a $20+ Million dollar SAP S/4HANA transformation project. Most recently, Bryant V. has been working at F. Schumacher & Co. since 2021, first as a Director of Finance Transformation and currently as the Vice President of Business Operations.

Bryant V. obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from SUNY New Paltz and their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Information Management from Dutchess Community College.

In terms of additional certifications, Bryant obtained the "Leadership in an Exponentially Changing World" certification from MIT Sloan School of Management in February 2021. Bryant also acquired the "Organizational Design for Digital Transformation" certification from the same institution in December 2020, and the "Implementing Enterprise-Wide Transformation" certification in October 2019.
