Sheila D Lipsey, SPHR, ACC, CPC, ELI-MP has extensive work experience in human resources. Sheila D currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Schupan since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Altium Packaging as a Human Resources Director from February 2021 to July 2021, and as an Area Human Resources Manager from May 2019 to February 2021. Sheila D also served as an Area Human Resources Manager at Packaging Corporation of America from April 2013 to May 2019. Before that, they worked as an HR/Safety Manager at Ox Paperboard Michigan from February 2012 to April 2013, and at Berry Global, Inc. from April 2010 to February 2012. In earlier roles, they were a Human Resources Manager at Carl Walker, Inc. from September 2005 to November 2009, at EPI Marketing Services from October 2001 to September 2005, and a Human Resources Generalist at Buck Forkardt, Inc. from October 2000 to July 2001.

Sheila D Lipsey, SPHR, ACC, CPC, ELI-MP completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management at Western Michigan University from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include becoming a COR.E Dynamics | Transitions Dynamics Specialist (CTDS) from iPEC Coaching in October 2020, obtaining the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification from iPEC Coaching in July 2020, and completing the Problem Solving with Excel course on Coursera in November 2018. Furthermore, Sheila is a member of the International Coaching Federation and earned the ICF Member Badge in February 2021.
