Melissa Lock

Melissa Lock has a diverse work experience starting from 1999 as a Staff Accountant at KWCH 12. Melissa later worked as a Human Resources Manager at KWCH 12 from 2006 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Schurz Communications as a Human Resources Business Partner. From 2014 to 2023, Melissa served as the Director of People & Culture at Schurz Communications, where they oversaw the implementation of people and culture strategies. Currently, Melissa holds the position of Chief of Culture & Talent Development at Schurz Communications, where they are responsible for molding the cultural identity of the company and driving talent development.

Melissa Lock obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University. Melissa also holds additional certifications including Certified Strength Coach from Gallup, SHRM-SCP from SHRM, Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork, and Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
