Perla Redfern

Perla Redfern is currently the Vice President of Data Center Solutions at SVL Inc., a position held since December 2024. Prior to this, Perla served at Siemens from October 2017 to December 2024, where roles included Corporate Account Manager and Data Center Business Development Manager, focusing on account growth and strategic initiatives within the Data Center market. Previous experience includes positions at Control Technologies Inc. and Schneider Electric, where responsibilities encompassed sales management and engineering support for Building Management Systems. Perla began a career in technical sales and support at Phoenix Controls and TAC, and gained analytical experience as a Research Analyst at the Volpe Center. Perla holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, completed in 2006.
