Alishia L. Young has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Alishia L. currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Xenium HR for over 17 years, where they held various leadership roles. As the Vice President of HR & Client Experience, Alishia provided strategic guidance and vision for a team of 50+ personnel, overseeing HR consulting, training, and payroll services for 400+ small- to mid-sized businesses. Alishia L. also served as the Director of HR Services, where they played a critical role in optimizing client accounts and pricing strategy. Additionally, Alishia held the position of Strategic HR Partner at Xenium HR from 2013 to 2015, where they successfully managed a portfolio of PEO, ASO, and HR Consulting clients. During their tenure, they achieved a remarkable 95% client retention rate, demonstrating their excellence as a strategic business partner.

Alishia L. Young completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Loyola University Chicago from 2002 to 2005. Alishia L. obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Standards Institute (HRSI) in 2006. In 2014, they furthered their certifications by acquiring the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRSI. Finally, in 2015, they obtained the Society for Human Resources Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management.
