Nellie Barnard

Nellie Barnard serves as Of Counsel at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt since June 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Associate at Holland & Knight LLP from September 2014 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as Law Clerk for the Oregon Supreme Court, where responsibilities included drafting opinions and memoranda, and a Law Clerk position at the Clackamas County District Attorney's Office, focusing on domestic violence cases. Additional legal experience was gained through research assistant roles at Lewis and Clark Law School and OHSU, as well as a law clerkship at the Oregon Department of Justice. Nellie Barnard earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Environmental Studies and Geology from Middlebury College.
