Travis Stansberry

Travis Stansberry has extensive experience in mechanical operations and military leadership. Currently serving as a Line Mechanic at Schwan Cosmetics USA since May 2021, Travis ensures that over 16,800 parts meet quality standards daily while optimizing press efficiency. As a Fire Support Officer in the Army National Guard since October 2011, responsibilities include supervising a team of 20 and overseeing construction of a $750,000 wellness center in Ukraine. Previous roles include Liaison and Planning Officer, where Travis coordinated movements of over 400 pieces of equipment valued at more than $600 million, and training 132 Senior Ukrainian Leaders on NATO guidelines. Earlier experience as a Progressive Press Operator at Yorozu Automotive involved ensuring the quality of at least 10,000 parts daily. Travis holds a degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned between 2009 and 2014.
