Lisa Harmening

Lisa Harmening began their work experience in 2003 at The Schwan Food Company, where they served as Senior Director PMO. In this role, they successfully directed the Ready, Set, Grow! project, which involved migrating systems from a mainframe to the Microsoft .NET framework to support business unit growth. Lisa utilized organizational change leadership to ensure users of the system were prepared for the change.

In 2010, Harmening joined Schwan's Company as Senior Director Solution Delivery. Lisa later became the VP Information Services Solution Delivery in March 2018. No end dates are provided for their roles at either company.

Lisa Harmening completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southwest Minnesota State University in the years 1987 to 1990. In addition, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Southwest Minnesota State University from 2015 to 2018. Lisa also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
