Robert Jenkins

Robert Jenkins is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in reliability and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as a TPM Engineer at Clif Bar & Company since October 2019, Robert simultaneously holds the position of Senior Reliability Engineer at Schwan's Company, where a condition-based monitoring program utilizing predictive technologies has been implemented. Prior experience at PepsiCo spanned from 1998 to 2017, during which Robert held several leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Reliability and Engineering, where lean manufacturing processes were introduced across multiple sites, and various managerial positions within the packaging and processing departments. Robert Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Technology from Indiana State University and an MBA from Aurora University.
