Roger Galloway has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Roger recently became the Senior Director of Brand Marketing at Schwan's Company in 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at General Mills, where they held various leadership positions. As the Business Unit & Marketing Director for several major brands, including Betty Crocker and Hamburger Helper, they drove significant growth through innovation, brand building, and strategic partnerships. Roger also successfully revitalized the adult cereal portfolio as the Senior Brand Manager, developed turnaround strategies for the Progresso & Annie's Soup business, and led the Kroger shopper marketing team. Before joining General Mills, Roger worked as a Regional Retirement Counselor at Fidelity Investments. Roger Galloway completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, at Weber State University in 2004. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA in Marketing at Brigham Young University from 2005 to 2007.
