Sarah Roemer

Sarah Roemer has a strong background in engineering, primarily in the field of process engineering. Sarah has worked for Schwan's Company as a Principal Project Engineer since 2024. Prior to that, they were with Kimberly-Clark for several years. At Kimberly-Clark, they held various roles including Senior Process Engineer - Fiber Processing from 2017 to 2024, Lead Process Engineer - Capital Projects in 2015, Process Project Engineer - Capital Projects from 2010 to 2014, Asset Process Engineer - Tissue Manufacturing in 2009, and Process & Product Improvement Engineer from 2007 to 2008. Throughout their career, Sarah has focused on improving processes, reducing waste, and optimizing machine efficiency.

Sarah Roemer earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
