Steven Lim

Steven Lim has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Steven started their career as a Quality Engineer at General Mills in 2004 and then moved on to Yum! Brands, where they worked as a Senior Engineer from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they joined WhiteWave Foods as a Process Engineer in R&D until 2011. Steven then worked at Pepperidge Farm as a Project/Process Engineer, focusing on new product platforms, cost savings, and process optimization. In 2014, they transitioned to S&D Coffee & Tea as a Senior Project Engineer. Currently, Steven is working at Schwan's Company, where they have held various roles such as Senior Project Engineer, Principal Project Engineer, and is currently serving as the Lead Technology Engineer, Processing.

Steven Lim attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering.
