Barbara Hills

Barbara Hills has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Schwartz Brothers Restaurants since October 2020. Prior roles include Rider General Manager at Hotel Theodore and General Manager at LITTLE WATER CANTINA LLC. Barbara has also held the position of Director of Restaurant + Bars at Motif Seattle and Director of Food and Beverage at Hotel 1000, where Barbara was also the Restaurant General Manager at BOKA. Barbara began a significant tenure as General Manager at Tom Douglas Restaurants in 1998, continuing until 2011. Barbara's educational background includes studies at NSCC from 1984 to 1986.
