Mirjam Crespin is currently the Head of Recruiting & Employer Branding at Schwarz Produktion. With a background in talent acquisition and HR consulting, Mirjam has worked in various roles at companies such as ZF Group, Goodman Masson, and Bankpower GmbH. Mirjam is also known for their involvement as a Diversity Ambassador for Europe, particularly in the LGBT*IQ employee resource group at ZF. Mirjam holds a Master of Arts in Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management.
