Logan Davis

Logan Davis is an Associate Automation Project Engineer at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories since May 2023, with hands-on experience in SEL devices including relays, reclosers, RTACs, and DACs, as well as proficiency in communication protocols such as DNP, Modbus, SEL, and IEC 61850 Goose. Prior experience includes an internship as an Automation Engineer Support at Merck, where Logan developed Python scripts for data interpretation and system control management. Academic involvement as a Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte entails instructing students on laboratory equipment and report writing. Additionally, Logan has served as a Resident Advisor, fostering community among freshmen, and held various roles in landscaping and customer service, demonstrating a diverse skill set and ability to work collaboratively. Logan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, expected to graduate in May 2024.
