Lance Badger

Lance Badger has a substantial work history in development and real estate. Lance is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Schweitzer Mountain Resort. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Real Estate Development at Granby Realty Holdings from 2012 to 2020. Lance also has experience as the President and Owner of Dragon Capital Holdings Inc from 2009 to 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Development Partner at The Atira Group from 2005 to 2012 and as the Vice President of Development at CORDILLERA (Kensington Partners) from 1993 to 2005. Lance's previous roles also include working as an Associate Consultant for Management Advisory Services at Kenneth Leventhal & Company and as a Business Review Analyst at the Resolution Trust Corporation. Lance began their career as a Project Manager at The Architectural Team.

Lance Badger has an extensive education history. Lance obtained their HS Diploma from Tabor Academy in 1982. Lance then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Architecture from Columbia College, Columbia University, graduating in 1986. In 1984, they earned a Certificate of Grundbaustein Deutsch Examination from EUROPA-KOLLEG in Kassel, Federal Republic of Germany. Lance furthered their education by completing Professional Development Courses at Harvard University from 1988 to 1989. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University's GSAPP in 1991.
