Valentin Racine

Valentin Racine is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Consultant and HR Specialist at SRF - Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen since May 2023, where responsibilities include leading strategic HR projects and providing HR consultancy. Prior to this, Valentin Racine held various roles at Coop from August 2010 to May 2023, including Head of HR Consulting and Head of Trainee Support in Trading, alongside experience as a Human Resources Specialist and Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Strategic HR Business Partnering from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland, and further certifications in Human Capital & Leadership, as well as HR competency from HKV institutions and ZHAW School of Management and Law.
