Mustafa Alam

Mustafa Alam has extensive work experience in the field of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Mustafa currently holds the position of Director of Engineering & Operational Excellence at SCI Group Inc since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operational Excellence at the same company from August 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining SCI Group Inc, Mustafa worked at Christie Digital Systems as the Manager for Lean & Continuous Improvement from April 2015 to June 2018. Mustafa also held the position of Senior Customer Quality Engineer at the company from October 2010 to March 2015.

Mustafa began their career at Honeywell, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer from March 2003 to August 2009. Mustafa later served as a Product Manufacturing Engineer at the company from September 2009 to September 2010.

Throughout their career, Mustafa has demonstrated a strong focus on driving cost savings, increasing employee engagement, and consistently exceeding performance targets.

Mustafa Alam attended the University of Toronto from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Engineering. In July 2006, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from Honeywell.
