Diana Fitriani Surtika has been working in the ecommerce industry since 2018. Diana began their career at Bukalapak, where they held the roles of Customer Support Live Chat, Buyer Reminder Prioritas, and Buyer Reminder Reguler. In their roles, they dealt with prioritas and reguler customers over the phone to remind them of their transactions, built relationships with customers to encourage them to pay and make continuous purchases, supported CSM fields with customer complaints, informed customers about promos, educated customers on safety transactions, and operated Zendesk emails. In 2020, they joined SCI Ecommerce as a SEA Business Division - Operation Centre.

Diana Fitriani Surtika attended SMAN 1 Kawali from 2010 to 2013. Diana then went on to study at Universitas Padjadjaran, where they obtained their S.Kel degree in Ilmu Kelautan in 2017.
