Oliver Kelly

Oliver Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Oliver started their career in 2002, working as a Senior Consultant for various Human Resources assignments. In 2007, they joined Nayler Business Solutions as a Senior Consultant for a year before moving on to Santos Ltd. At Santos, Oliver held multiple positions from 2009 to 2016, including Advisor EHS and Governance, HSS Superintendent, GLNG Transmission Pipeline Senior H&S Advisor/Excavation Coordinator, and Human Resources Business Partner. In 2017, they joined GKA Executive as an Associate and then founded their own company, Sanuk Solutions, in 2018. Oliver later worked as a Principal Consultant at Safer Together from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are the Managing Consultant at i40, where they focus on understanding and addressing barriers to achieving organizational objectives. Additionally, Oliver is currently working as the Head of People and Culture at SciDev, where they support teams in multiple countries.

Oliver Kelly pursued a Bachelor's degree in US Defence Policy, 1960s Counterculture, African American Studies, and International Relations from Ball State University. Oliver then obtained another Bachelor's degree in US counterculture and politics from the University of Liverpool. Oliver also has various certifications, including being a Lead Auditor from SAI Global, an Auditor in ISO 27001:2013 - Information Security Management from Exemplar Global, and a TapRoot investigator from Capability Resources. Oliver also completed courses in Occupational Health and Safety and Dogman (Banksman) from Inspire Education and Site Skills Training respectively. Additionally, they obtained the PMI-RMP Project Risk Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2019.
