Amy Jo Johnson

Amy Jo Johnson currently serves as the Director of HR Operations and Compliance at the Science Museum of Minnesota, a position held since April 2024, following a tenure as Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Consultant at Salo LLC from March 2021 to April 2024 and extensive service at Mounds View Public Schools from December 2002 to December 2020, where positions ranged from Director of Human Resources to Employee Relations and Benefits Manager. Earlier career experiences include roles at LindenGrove, Inc., as Human Resources Coordinator, and at ThedaCare as a Human Resources Specialist. Amy Jo Johnson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, obtained in 1998.
